Rio Embudo Watershed Through Time: An Online Archaeological Exhibit

By: Embudo LibraryPosted: June 18, 2016

The Embudo Valley Library and the Gorge Project of Barnard College/Columbia University are pleased to announce the launch of a new online exhibit! For the first time, much of the known archaeological history of the Rio Embudo Watershed is in one public place. Covering local history from the Paleo-Indian period 12,000 years ago to the present day, the exhibit features artifacts from Plaza del Embudo, Picurís Pueblo, and many sites between and beyond. Printed versions of the exhibit contents are available for reading (non-circulating) at the Embudo Valley Library.
